I'm an AI-native Senior Product Manager with an engineering foundation. I build the AI myself and own what ships.

Five years as an engineer building retail SaaS for German and American banks taught me to ship. Moving into product taught me the harder skill: deciding what to build. My IMD MBA added the numbers to fund those decisions.

Today I own it end to end: find the real problem, prototype the AI to prove it, and make the commercial case that ships it. Most of that work is in regulated fintech, where getting the AI right and getting compliance right are the same job.
